Alfonso Vasquez
Owner / CEO
Alfonso has been a carpenter/builder in the Truckee/Tahoe area for 22 years.
He has worked in nearly every trade, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every phase. Quality craftsmanship, outstanding customer service, and willingness “to see it through”, are just some of the qualities that have built his reputation.
Alfonso enjoys spending his free time rockcrawling and camping with his family. He is an avid mountain biker, and a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Marc Cramer
General Manager / COO
Marc Graduated from Cal Poly SLO in 1995 with a bachelors degree in Agriculture Business.
It didn’t take him long to go back to his calling, carpentry and construction. He started his career in 1997 in Lake Tahoe as an apprentice carpenter and started his own construction company in 2005. Marc retired in 2020 and unretired to support Alfonso in 2023.
Marc is a dedicated outdoor enthusiast, hunting, fishing, hiking are some of his favorites. Marc is a 3rd degree blackbelt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Lili Almeida
Office Manager
Lili is the heartbeat of Varos Builder, She manages all the internal functions of Varos Builder.
From payroll to material ordering, she handles it all. Her experience in the healthcare industry, as well as internal management, has made Lili an integral part of Varos Builder.
When she’s not keeping everyone in line, she spends time camping and enjoying time with her family.
